American Stainless & Supply receives ISO 9001:2000 certification by BSI Registrar.

May 20, 2008 – American Stainless & Supply LLC, a national PVF distributor, located in Cheraw SC and Charlotte NC received their ISO 9001:2000 certification by BSI Registrar. (ISO) International Organization for Standardization is an internationally recognized management system.

“To be certified, team effort was required by all employees to implement a quality management system (QMS) that encompasses all customer related activities; and have overall operations examined and audited on-site by an independent consulting firm.” Explains Brenda Thomas, QCA.

Gary Bulloch, President & CEO adds, “This certification not only provides the foundation required to meet the needs of our customers through continuous improvement processes, but it creates a platform to support the growth of American Stainless & Supply.”
